Products and Orders

Kirra Cold Brew Pty Ltd sells cold brew coffee products and branded merchandise, which includes, but not limited to T-shirts, caps, stubby coolers and bags.

All products are subject to availability. Kirra Cold Brew Pty Ltd reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% unless otherwise stated.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation with order details.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Kirra Cold Brew Pty Ltd ships Australia-wide. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier availability.

Shipping fees are calculated at the checkout and are non refundable once the order is dispatched.

Kirra Cold Brew Pty Ltd is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we do our best to help resolve any issues.

Returns and Refunds

Kirra Cold Brew Pty Ltd complies with Australian Consumer Law. If your item is damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order.

For change of mind returns, we may offer exchanges or credit. Items must be returned unused and in original condition before this consideration is made.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
