Kirra Kickstart

(energising and everyday)

1 serve (70ml) of Kirra Cold Brew Concentrate Ice

Method: Place the ice in the cup and pour the cold brew over the ice

Iced and Intentional

(for the conscious caffeine lover)

1 serve (70ml) of Kirra Cold Brew Concentrate
300ml of milk (or milk alternative)
Ice

Method: Place the ice in the cup and pour in the milk. Pour the cold brew into the cup and stir if required.

Mocha by the Sea 

Mocha by the Sea 

(rich with a splash of Kirra charm)

1 serve (70ml) of Kirra Cold Brew Concentrate
300ml of milk (or milk alternative)
Ice

Method: Place the ice in the cup and pour in the milk. Add the chocolate syrup and pour in the concentrate then stir.

Kirra Fizz

(crisp and refreshing)

1 serve (70ml) of Kirra Cold Brew Concentrate
300ml of soda water
Ice

Method: Place the ice in the cup and pour in the soda water. Pour the cold brew into the cup and stir if required.

The After Hour Power 

The After Hour Power 

(The sun sets but the brew stays cold)

1 serve (70ml) of Kirra Cold Brew Concentrate
100ml Vodka
70ml Coffee Liqueur (maybe Kahlua)
Ice

Method: Place all ingredients in a cocktail mixer. Strain and pour into a martini glass. It may serve 2 but also just 1 - depends how thirsty you are!

Coco Mocha

Coco Mocha

(Deep,dark, and dangerously smooth)

100ml Kirra Cold Brew Concentrate

100ml Chocolate Coconut Water

Ice

Method: Place ice in a cup and pour in the cold brew. Top with the chocolate coconut water and mix.

To make the cold foam topping: 1/2 cup of cream, 2 tbs milk, 3 tbs sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and spoon over the drink.

Caramel Froth

Caramel Froth

(Sweet, golden, and impossibly smooth)

200ml of Kirra Cold Brew Concentrate
1–2 tsp caramel sauce or salted caramel syrup
Pinch of sea salt (optional, but highly recommended)
Ice

Method: Pour ice in the cup and add the cold brew. Drizzle caramel syrup over the foam.

Cold Foam:
1/4 cup of heavy cream
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp caramel syrup
Pinch of salt

Whisk until light and smooth. Spoon the froth over the top.
